Braxton Sandman

Braxton Sandman is an Associate of Fund Finance & Operations at Rethink Impact. Prior to Rethink Impact, Braxton was an Associate at Natixis CIB where he led advisory and financing efforts across debt, equity, and M&A transactions for clients in the Technology space, with a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure. Notable transaction experience includes the financing of OpenAI’s Project Stargate, Carrix’s acquisition of Ceres Terminals, and multiple solar & offshore wind projects. Braxton earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond. While in school, he was a founding member of the Environmental Science Club and led fundraising efforts for Extra Life at Duke Children’s Hospital. Braxton currently volunteers with Harlem Grown in NYC, assisting with urban farming and garden operations in Harlem.
